Average hours of sleep a night

Meh, another random post for another random community!

Pretty much as the topic suggests, how may hours of sleep do you get on average?

I get around 4-6. I go to sleep between 12 -1 AM and get up at 6.15.

I hacked my body clock to allow more flexible sleeping, but I usually go to bed at about 11 and wake up at 8.

I typically aim to get 7.5-8 hours per night. I always avoid more than 8 though, because then I'm more likely to sleep through my alarm and/or be groggy in the morning.

School days, from 10:00 PM till 5:30 in the morning....
Week ends, either staying up or anytime I want except school nights...

3-6 hours. usually in multiple short bursts. usually catch up a bit on friday night if possible (8-9 hours).

I'm getting around 7h30 of sleep per day... or less, depending on the days ^^'

Sleep *-* It's awesome, the best thing in the world.

I go to bed usually at 23:00 in work days...wake up at 09:00...yeah, 10 hours of sleep...and I always wake up tired...
At weekends...I go to bed at 02:00 and wake up at 12:00 or 13:00
