You need to install tahoma on your system.

Download it here, extract and place the files in C:\Windows\Fonts\

.NET doesn't recognise that your PC has that font. Download it, drop it into the fonts folder in control panel or the path which peppy pointed out.

If it still doesn't work you have a broken computer.
