Help Please Help Start up screen is repeating [resolved]

Hey guys i am new and just downloaded OSU and wanted to play but each time i start it keeps on repeating the start up screen and i have no time to click on what i want to click on cause it just repeats =[ please help and btw i have uninstalled the game and then reinstalled

1 - Run-on sentences make it hard to understand.
2- you're very vague on what the issue it, Do you go to a screen with the 3 pink buttons sticking out of the Osu! logo that's pulsating? A screen shot would help ALOT!
