Intense emotion was felt yesterday at Sacramento Court, in California. A young 7 year-old boy made a name for himself there, being the center of a dark familial abuse case. The child was a victim of physical abuse since his earliest day from his parents. The judge first ruled to give custody of the child to his aunt, based on law requiring priority on the remaining family members.
The kid completely blew the court away by revealing that his aunt was even more abusive than both of his parents combined, and strictly refused the judge's ruling. The judge then offered to give custody to his grandparents, to which the child also mentioned that his grandparents were also guilty of abusing him.
After consulting the authorities, the judge evaluated the remaining family members but came to the realization that the entire family specialized in physical abuse, and decided to do something never seen before in history: leave the choice of their caretaker to the victim itself.
After a few evaluations of state law, the judge accepted to pass over custody of the child to TSM. The child firmly assured that this team "would be unable to beat anybody whatsoever."
