Feel free to nazi my hitsounds and random jumps

-Fixed what Skyripper suggested except the 02:04:01 (I just used Linear instead) and hard's 1:27:09 is fine because the notes before will stack and look lower so the 5 should match the beats when playing (not in edit)
-Followed most of Mafia's suggestions. Hmm.. I would have thought people wouldnt like that slider as much.
-Fixed matty's suggestions but still can't do Full submission on my computer to send the "storyboard"... Had someone else help me submit on their computer, thanks! (I trust that person) (and sorry for poor first time storyboarding)
-Fixed minyeob's
-Followed Matty's kiai times.. now its more like "Flinging Star" instead of "Shooting"
-Followed most of Metroid's suggestions.
-Made minor self changes (to try to avoid farther nazi-ism)
-Followed An64fan's intructions.
-Applied some of the hitsound changes on James' copy to own instead of replacing completely. Removed quite a bit of hitsounds, and applied a fair amount of suggestion from James, too, though I have minor doubts in some parts now, oh well, it'll need more mods.
