These tangled chains; they hover above the shadows which close in as they continue to gain speed, and slowly tighten.
A bloodied knife; someone keeps brandishing it, gathering wood for the fire as they spit asphalt all over the place.
My arm, drained of strength; it trembles, uncontrollable; i hit the hardening wall and am slowly pushed away.
